The Precinct Masterplan broadens the scope used in traditional urban planning by seeking to enhance the best of what is already here; whether that is drains turned into accessible waterways, council land repurposed as public spaces, or by encouraging movement channels and increasing pedestrian activity.

The plan starts to address our pressing issues of expanding business demand and accessibility to economic spaces in the Arts & Industrial Estate.

Noble Spaces provided a concept design submission to Council with ideas for how some of the land could be redeveloped to capture the creative spirit that exists now and reuse places and spaces in this thriving business hub.
