This site aims to provides a community space for tenants using gated access for an internal street, and garden places for growing really big native trees.

The buildings are comprised of a combination of brick and dark cladding becoming a fusion of modern and classic styles. Unique boxed windows create quality internal spaces while creating privacy to neighbours and shelter from the harsh summer sun.
